Hook'd sits right on the water in Red Hook, St. Thomas, where the boats pull in steps from your table. Mornings mean crabcake benedicts and bottomless mimosas; afternoons bring fish tacos and cold local drafts; evenings are for fresh catch, flat iron steak, and rum drinks as the sun drops behind the masts.
The kitchen leans local wherever it can — fresh yellowfin, mahi, and the day's catch — with island flavor running through everything from the jerk-seasoned smash burger to the tamarind steak sauce.
